The people behindthe standard.
Mr. Sam Amin

With 15+ years of direct real estate operating experience across 450+ transactions and USD 420M+ in capital deployed across the US and GCC, Sam built his track record through acquisition, active asset management, and disciplined exit execution — not capital allocation to third-party operators.
He relocated to the UAE to build an institutional, Shariah-observant real asset platform for global capital. Every asset sourced, underwritten, acquired, and managed in-house. No intermediary layers. No asset-level leverage.
